3. Quotes, Proposals, & Contracts
Any estimate or proposal provided by Novoslate is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Services begin only after both parties agree to the scope and payment terms.
4. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees. Hosting or ongoing service plans require timely payment to remain active.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Work that has already been completed is non-refundable. Monthly service plans or hosting can be canceled at any time, but partial months are not refunded.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access (hosting, domains, accounts, etc.). Delays in providing these items may delay project timelines.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and materials created by Novoslate remain our property until the project is fully paid.
- After full payment, ownership transfers to the client unless stated otherwise in the proposal.
- Pre-licensed assets (fonts, stock images, templates, etc.) may be used under their original license terms.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools or platforms (hosting, analytics, ad platforms, CRM tools, etc.) in delivering services. We are not responsible for outages, updates, policy changes, or issues caused by these third parties.
9. Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results from marketing services, SEO, or advertising efforts. Performance varies based on market conditions, competition, and factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
Novoslate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services if you violate these terms or misuse our offerings.
12. Changes to These Terms
